Purpose of Processing

Identity verification (ID Proofing and KYC): collection, analysis, and validation of identification data (first name, last name, date of birth, identity document, photo, video selfie, etc.) required to verify identity and prevent digital fraud.

Authentication and service access: management of the user certified digital identity to enable fast and secure access to partner professional or business services (notaries, doctors, financial institutions, etc.).

Compliance with legal and security obligations: compliance with applicable regulations on anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), electronic identification (eIDAS), and personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

Support and assistance: handling of support requests and information submitted via app, website, or email to ensure an efficient and transparent service.

Service improvement: anonymous statistical analysis and feedback collection to optimize platform features, security, and user experience.
Types of Data Processed
Depending on interaction with the platform, we may collect:

Personal identification data: first name, last name, date and place of birth, tax code.

Identity document data: document number, issue and expiration date, image and electronic chip.

Data Retention
Personal data is stored only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in any case not beyond the limits set by applicable regulations.
Biometric data, such as facial images, is deleted immediately after identity verification.
Data Sharing and Transfer

Identikyc uses internationally certified security technologies, including end-to-end encryption, secure authentication, and cloud infrastructures compliant with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
Each identity verification is carried out automatically, securely authenticated, and compliant with European eIDAS standards.
