Access to and use of the Identikyc website and platform imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Definitions

Platform: the Identikyc web and mobile system, which enables digital identity verification and certification through ID Proofing, KYC, and biometric recognition technologies.
User: any individual or legal entity that accesses, browses, or uses the platform, either as a company or organization integrating Identikyc into its onboarding or verification processes, or as an end user completing identity verification through the app.
Service: the set of features offered by Identikyc, including the collection, analysis, and validation of identification data, management of certified identities, and secure authentication to integrated business or public services.
Scope of the Service
Identikyc allows companies, institutions, and professionals to:

verify the identity of their customers, users, or patients quickly and in compliance with KYC, AML, and eIDAS regulations;

integrate identification workflows into their systems via API, SDK, or White Label solutions;

automate biometric and document recognition processes using artificial intelligence algorithms;
-
ensure full traceability and audit trails for each verification performed.
End users can use the Identikyc app to authenticate digitally by scanning their electronic document and completing biometric verification in total security.
Proper Use of the Platform
Users agree to use Identikyc in compliance with the law, applicable regulations, and these Terms.
It is strictly prohibited to:

provide false information or counterfeit documents;

use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;

attempt unauthorized access to Cyberneid systems;

copy, decompile, modify, or redistribute the Identikyc software without written consent.
Cyberneid reserves the right to suspend or deactivate an account in case of improper use or suspected violation of these Terms.
Responsibility of the Service Owner
Identikyc adopts the best available technologies to ensure service continuity, security, and accuracy.
However, the Service Owner shall not be held liable for:

temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events;

improper use of the platform by users;
-
indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, design, code, and software related to Identikyc are the exclusive property of the Service Owner and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content without written consent is prohibited.
Personal Data Protection
Personal data processing is carried out in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian privacy laws.

Duration and Termination
The agreement between the user and Identikyc is valid from the moment the account is activated and remains in force until it is closed or deactivated.
The Service Owner may terminate the service at any time in case of:

violation of these Terms;

unlawful use of the platform;

technical, regulatory, or security reasons.
Changes to the Terms
The Service Owner may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website or from the date of communication to the user.
Continued use of the platform after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
